Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Familiarity with managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), including content posting, engagement, and basic content creation

Must be willing to share personal social media profiles (e.g., Instagram) for review as part of the application process

Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for flexibility in tasks or events

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude

Create and manage content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), including writing captions, posting updates, and responding to comments/messages

Work with the graphic designer to create engaging visuals and videos for social media, website content, and other promotional materials.

Manage and optimize social media ads (Facebook, Instagram), Set up targeting based on interests, demographics, and behaviors. Track ad performance to improve results.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to promote the restaurant and its offerings

Monitor and manage the restaurant’s online presence, including responding to reviews and inquiries on digital platforms

Support promotional activities, such as seasonal campaigns and influencer collaborations

Identify, liaise with, and coordinate KOLs/influencers or influencer agencies for partnerships, reviews, and promotions

Assist with administrative and purchasing tasks, including sourcing or buying items needed for restaurant or office use

Occasionally support restaurant operations during events, campaigns, or promotional setup

Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior
