Job Description
Plan and organize use of resources effectively to meet OEE, productivity, internal failure cost target.
Work with all levels of the organization to improve quality levels, providing customer with ?Zero Defect Product? and ?100% On-Time Delivery?.
To translate the company?s objective into department goals and ensure the goals are cascaded to Production line leader and operator levels.
Create an environment that is culturally embedded in a ?Quality First? mentality and instill a continuous improvement mentality to production line leader and operator level.
To provide support and guidance to line leaders, technicians and operators on their daily tasks.
Responsible for area Safety, 5S and physical inventory count.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any technical discipline field or equivalent.
2 position available, at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for senior position.
Good in people management and communicate well with all levels within the company.
Good in conflict management, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing Concept (BPS), 8-D methodology & Poka-yoke concept.
Decisive, quickly move to implement decision and Focus on getting results in the most efficient way possible.
Have a clear set of logical standards, systematically follow them.
