• 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

• Proven experience in opening new retail accounts

• Existing network in one or more of the following sectors:

3C / Consumer electronics

Hardware/building materials

Small home appliances

CCTV / security industry (preferred)

• Strong closing and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and highly execution-driven

• Willing to travel for field sales

• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Develop and explore new offline retail partners across Malaysia

• Approach and close partnerships with:

3C electronics retailers

Hardware & building material stores

Small home appliance retailers

CCTV & security equipment shops

• Actively conduct field visits to identify and acquire new retailers

• Negotiate commercial terms and secure purchase orders

• Drive sell-in volume and achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain basic relationship management with active retailers
