岗位职责

1. Advise and assist managers and supervisors on interpretation and administration of human resource policy.
2. Administer recruitment activities including employee orientation, documentations and policy check.
3. Process new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and existing employee changes related to payroll.
4. Assist with day today operations of the HR functions and duties.
5. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Executives
6. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
7. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations).
8. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
9. Deal with employee request regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
10. Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
11. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (time and attendance records, absences and leaves)
12. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
13. Work with managers/supervisors.
14. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
15. Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting and printing information.
16. Answers the telephone, reply messages and maintains equipment and supplies
17. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
18. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
19. Undertake any other duties as directed by the HoD from time to time.
