Requirement:
-Candidate must possess a Bachelor/Master Degree in Management/ Marketing/Operation Management.
-Preferably with Minimum two (2) years teaching experience or equivalent industry-related experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Passionate in teaching and willing to go the extra mile to provide quality education to students.
-Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in facilitating the teaching and learning.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Job responsibilities:
-Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials and workshops.
-Setting and grading of assignments, tests, and examinations.
-Provide regular guidance to students to assist them on the progress of their academic achievement.
-Review and moderate assessment, examination questions and mark answer scripts.
-Participate in training opportunities and initiatives and be involved in professional activities in the institution/community.
-Administrative/academic functions relation to the disciplines or related disciplines the academic teaches. e.g. attendance, invigilation, subject examinations, course evaluation and quality issues.
