REQUIREMENT DETAILS
1. Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree
2. Relevant education background in Human Resource Management or any related field
3. At least 5 years working experience
4. Experience in managing all Human Resource functions
5. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage but not compulsory
6. Skills in communication, negotiation and problem solving
ROLE EXPECTATION
1. Initiate and lead human resource department, programs and projects
2. Effectively support the execution of HR processes and implement HR policies
3. Lead in recruitment, personnel training, performance evaluation, labour relation, payroll and employee file management
4. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
5. Manage expectations and communicate these expectations in a democratic manner to employees so they may understand the decisions/changes the company is taking
6. Devise plans, techniques and provide proper procedure to drive change and culture management
7. Conduct research through various methods to identify a problematic situation or find the cause and provide creative solution
8. Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues, formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
9. Assist in establishing control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
10. Manage company morale and culture, ensuring it is kept high for an optimal working environment
