As a Customer Service Executive, you will be based in Startek Johor Bahru and will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Good English communication skills.
- SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
- You are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.
- Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
