任职资格

  • Minimum education SPM
  • Can speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good social skills
  • Good communication and liaison
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Have knowledge in automotive is an added advantage

岗位职责

A. Achieve sales and throughput target through aggressive selling.

  • Promote sales of parts or service by professionally recommending or suggesting the extra or preventive service/parts replacement to all customers coming in for repair or scheduled maintenance.
  • Projects a professional appearance daily with well groomed appearance and uniform.
  • Practice courtesy in communicating with customers.

B. Achieve enhanced customer satisfaction through careful listening of customer's request, obtaining approval for additional jobs and provide detail explanation of job done and charges incurred.

  • Properly set up an appointment for customer.
  • Ensure smooth and pleasant reception.
  • Accurately writing up the repair needs by repeating/explaining the work to be done and careful listening to customer's request.
  • Constant monitoring of work in progress.
  • Perform final check for delivery by conducting on-vehicle check of work done.
  • Clear job explanation of work done during delivery of vehicle to customer.
  • To conduct post servicing follow up.

C. Responsible for the effective participation on special service campaigns, fix-IT-right programme, follow-up, parts back orders and regular update on major jobs.

  • Participate and promote whenever there is a special service campaign.
  • Participate and promote in Fix-it-Right programme.
  • Follow up on 50% of customers serviced ************* days after date of repair.
  • Back order parts on behalf of customers and call the customers upon parts arrival.
  • Update customer on completion of each phase of a major jobs.

D. Ensure prompt submission of well documented technical reports and warranty claims and branch goodwill within approved guidelines.

  • Ensure submission of all warranty and branch goodwill claims.
  • Ensure warranty claim submitted conform to all guidelines stipulated by TMC and all local supplier.

E. Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time and exceed the customers expectations in service delivery quality.

  • Hourly check with controller on the progress of each vehicle.
  • Conduct an on-vehicle check to confirm the completion of the work requested by the customer.
  • Check that vehicle is clean enough to be returned to the customer.
  • Check all settings are returned to original position.
  • Prepare information useful to the customers when returning the vehicle.

F. Assist and contribute in the achievement of the overall branch CSI targeted scores.

  • Monitor the CSI scores for the branch and plan for improvement activities.
  • Enhanced service quality in areas where CSI scores are weak.
