We bring together a unique set of highly trained individuals, with the common goal to make a difference in the beauty industry. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a critical role as the face or W LAB AESTHETICS as you will be the first point-of-contact when a customer arrives.
- Must have similar experience and understand the procedures of aesthetics center’s internal operations flow.
- Must possess a positive, proactive, upbeat and personable attitude
- Must be customer service oriented and be able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and sales staff.
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Self-driven and self-motivated individual
- Must have reliable transportation.
岗位职责
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Communicate with customers to set up and schedule optimal appointment times
- Collects payments by accepting cash or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
- Balances the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.
- Assist Operations Manager with the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Support office with administrative and secretarial tasks
- Communicate with internal office team and providers to ensure customers are helped and everyday tasks are accomplished
- Ensure that an industry leading level of customer service is upheld
- Be professional and be a brand representative always.
- Must have a good understanding of all of W LAB AESTHETIC’s services & products.
