任职资格
- SPM, LCCI Higher, Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- On job training will be provided.
- Well versed in computerized accounting systems, knowledge in Autocount accounting system is an added advantage.
岗位职责
- Handle day-to-day accounting data entries for AR, AP and GL and finalise full set accounts
- Manage accounts payable (AP) related matters, i.e. verify and key in invoice, prepare payment in online banking or cheque, and monitoring of payment status
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) related matters, i.e issue Invoice and follow up on collection
- Perform month end reconciliation
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements, management report and performance /analysis in timely manner
- Ensure proper keeping, recording and filing of all accounting transactions for audit by auditors, tax agent, custom and any statutory or non-statutory bodies/authorities
- Assist in preparation of taxation computation and revision.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
