A good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a must
Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shifts, 5 rotational days per week including weekend & PH (9 hours per shift & 1 hour break) (Shift allowance is provided)
Have no issue to work during Public Holidays when assigned to.
Must be able to start work immediately (Joining Date: 10th Jan 2022)
Possess own transport

Handle incoming calls and emails to answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
Handle outbound calls to do up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Other duties as assigned.

Basic Salary RM2500 + RM 250 Fixed Allowance + KPI Allowance (Max RM300) + Night Shift Allowance (Max RM550 ) + OT Claim (Average take home salary is about RM2,800 - RM3,300)
