任职资格
-at least have a Diploma in a related field
-have at least 3 years of experience in this job.
-excellent in attendance, loyal n honest.
-hardworking, aggressive, good communication skill, good in time management & others.
岗位职责
- Administration work for project involves.
- Attend site meeting, consultant client meeting and authority meeting.
- Assist in the planning, designing and coordinating of all project activities.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants and contractors pertaining to project activities.
- Assist in design review based on budgetary cost and cost control.
- Coordinate property handover activities and defect rectification status.
- Attend site meeting and resolve technical/operational issues independently.
- To monitor and record the progress of site activities.
- Responsible for day to day operations of the projects including liaison with authorities, consultants and contractors.
- Manage the consultants and contractors; ensuring work progress in according to the timeline provided.
- Liaise with all relevant authorities for the necessary approval.
- Monitor work progress ensuring IT is in accordance to approved program, budgeted costs and acceptable quality standard.
- Responsible for all relevant survey and land related matters.
- Coordinate and review with consultants on technical, design and site works.
- From time to time, furnish all tasks given by the management.
- Other related tasks.
