Candidate must possess minimum SPM or Certificate qualification in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
Good communication skills
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity

Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers with the aim of retaining and attracting new customers
Deal with all enquiries and fulfill all reasonable requests from customer in a professional and courteous manner in person or over the telephone
To schedule customers appointment accurately and efficiently
Stock control & cashiering duty
Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times
