任职资格
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM or Certificate qualification in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Customer oriented, meticulous and well organized
岗位职责
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers with the aim of retaining and attracting new customers
- Deal with all enquiries and fulfill all reasonable requests from customer in a professional and courteous manner in person or over the telephone
- To schedule customers appointment accurately and efficiently
- Stock control & cashiering duty
- Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times
