任职资格
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant F&B managerial experience.
- Team player with good leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Preferred Mandarin.
- Non-Halal Restaurant
岗位职责
- Responsible for driving the team to meet sales targets of the assigned outlets
- Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability, controlling wastage and managing inventory.
- Provide outlet team with a supportive environment and welfare
- Maintain and increase standards of outlets
- Responsible for recruiting outlet staff, supervisors, kitchen crew and outlet supervisors
