任职资格

Related HR Technical Skills:

Proficiency in managing compensation and benefits programs, payroll systems, HRMS (Human Resource Management System), and SAP systems. Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and industrial relations.

Related Managerial Skills:

Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to effectively delegate tasks, mentor and develop team members, and manage performance. Strong decision-making skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.

Related Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Understanding of Employment Act 1955 and Other Related HR Statutory Acts:* In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant Malaysian labor laws, including but not limited to the Industrial Relations Act 1967, the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, and the Minimum Wage Act 2012. Ability to interpret and apply these laws effectively in HR practices and decision-making processes.

Minimum Academic Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Malaysian university.

Minimum Years of Related Experience:

At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a Malaysian context.

岗位职责

1. Payroll

Mid-Month Advance For Direct Labor

  • Checking for advance summary reconciliation report and get approval from HR Manager and Country Manager
  • Submit estimated amount needed to Finance department
  • Upload Mid-Month transaction via Maybank 2E portal and notify HR Manager & Country Manager to approve for online payment
  • Checking all transactions upon approval in Maybank 2E to ensure there is no rejected transaction.

Month-End Payroll 

  • Checking for all Month-End transactions by using Transaction Payroll Data Sheet to ensure that payment are paid accordingly and accurately.
  • Submit estimated amount needed to Finance department
  • Prepare and print all the payroll journal and get approval from HR Manager and Country Manager
  • Preparing for Reconciliation and payroll report by Category
  • Upload Month-End transaction via Maybank 2E portal and notify HR Manager & Country Manager to approve for online payment
  • Checking all transactions upon approval in Maybank 2E to ensure there is no rejected transaction.

2. Performance Management

  • Execute and conduct Annual Performance Management for IDL and DL
  • Review  and checking overall performance rating and determining employees’ compensation levels based on job performance
  • Prepare Bonus and Increment template and Bell Curve

3. Month End Report

  • FTE report for TECAN
  • Quality Cost for Quality Department.
  • Production Hours report for Safety department.
  • Payroll and journal report to Finance
  • Overtime hours for Production
  • Headcount report by Gender to QA Department
  • Overtime ratio and Absenteeism for MBRM

4. Employee Benefit

  • Conduct salary survey and benchmarking activities to ensure that salary package are competitive with the industry and conform to statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and conduct rewards benchmarking and gap analysis on competitive positioning as required and in support of the annual rewards distribution recommendations and proposals
  • Prepare and review for Scheme of Benefit (SOB) and Employee Handbook.
