任职资格

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or a related discipline
  • Open to Fresh Grad
  • In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, HR concepts and expertise
  • Knowledge and expertise related to HR policies, processes, and practices.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken is required for this role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in policy development and implementation
  • Have a sense of urgency, pro-activeness and good problem-solving skills to provide quick and efficient responses to near misses, accidents and emergencies.
  • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all level
  • Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities: ability to prioritize
  • Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Have no issue to based at Bayan Lepas, Penang

岗位职责

  • Assisting Head of Department in execution of planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department such as recruitment, training and orientation, payroll and appraisal.
  • Performing day-to-day HR and Administration activities. This may include preparing memo, posting welcoming notes, updating database and assisting in preparing letters/ documents/ records/ reports.
  • Communicating with suppliers in the event of maintenance project plan and progress, schedules meeting; reviewing suppliers’ proposal, quotations or contracts.
  • To monitor all process and progress happening in the department in regards to staff joining and departure (example creating email for new staff, work station and equipment, call card, and other necessary requirement upon new staff commencement).
  • To involve in developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for the department by updating the current SOPs as well as proposing new SOPs within approval of Head Department.
  • To ensure record keeping in order and easily access to relevant department databases (such as Attendance Record, Leave Record, Salary Record etc) whenever needed

  • Salary Package: Up to RM 3,000 Basic (Open for discussion)+ Medical Allowance, Overtime Allowance + Travel Allowance + Annual Bonus
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
  • Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

  • Current HR team size: 3 pax
