International Management and Sports College (IMSC) is part of the organisation known as the ISA Group, comprising of IMSC, International Sports Academy (ISA), Apex Consortium Swimming, Impact Aquatics, and Matchplay Enrichment. The ISA Group provides education, training, certification and enrichment activities across all age groups, and across multiple industries.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the management team, and be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts and advertising campaigns, creating content for print and digital platforms, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Delegate tasks and set clear objectives for team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, social media, and events.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
- Safeguard and enhance the organization's brand identity and reputation by ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and overall brand experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand guidelines and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor digital marketing analytics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns.
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Digital marketing skills including SEO and SEM
- Experience with social media management and advertising campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and present compelling content for print and digital platforms
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
