Initiate and prepare handover to subordinates/ contractors and ensure all maintenance checks are completed and documented, adhering to company standards for equipment installation.

Repair and maintain plant instrumentation systems.

Repair and calibrate instruments used for various process measurements and controls throughout the plant process areas.

Measure and report the effectiveness of department activities.

Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks

Perform weekly inspections and take an inventory of tools and equipment and submit requisition to replace broken or missing items.

Monitor and update daily manpower reports and feedback on any shortages.

Plan and enforce E&I works according to schedule and specified targets.

Supervise and monitor every aspect of the status and progress of the works.

Prepare and review method statements and risk assessments.

Able to communicate and work closely with workers and contractors to plan for priority activities in line with the sequence of works

Maintain the material and works quality/ standards according to project specifications.

Attend weekly sub-contractor meetings and provide feedback on all site issues and assist in providing solutions to resolve the problems.

Supervise and monitor every aspect of the status and progress of the works.

Prepare and update weekly progress reports and submit them to Planning Department.

Prepare request for inspection according to to approve Inspection Test Plan (ITP).

Communicate engineering/ technical/ quality requirements to the team.

To assist the Superintendent or Engineer to perform planning of labor, tools, and materials.

Supervise and inspect electrical and instrumentation construction on-site buildings, common facilities, and erection.

Direct involvement and support of safety controls to workers all the time and maintain a safe work environment, ensuring that team members adhere to safe working practices.

To actively participate in safety programs and implementation such as speaking at toolbox meetings.

To complete Work Orders and document the time, tasks, and parts/supplies needed to complete the Work Order in the software.

To maintain updated documentation of all electrical and/or instrumentation changes implemented by said individual or contractors hired by the plant.

Lead shift activities/ team building/ good communication skills.

Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Perform demonstration of cloud solution to potential client;

Document business requirements and translate them into specific functionality within the system;

Configure and customize client environments to develop proof of concepts and present solutions to client executives and key stakeholders;

Participate in data migration tasks;

Estimate, build, and execute the project plan;

Form the solution and translate to configuration requirements; to lead a business process session;

Assess and develop innovative solutions to solve complex business workflows for clients;

Design, develop and test enhancements in alignment with client’s business process requirements;

Implement new feature rollouts and new functionality to scale client’s business needs;

Develop client reports and/or saved searches;

Provide client training and configuration sessions;

Provide product support by researching and interpreting information in a way that clients can understand;

Maintain and accurately update information in the electronic document system.

Interact and liaise with project team members for project information and documents.

Ensure information is accurate and register documents into DCC.

Monitor the status of actions and generate reports.

Create and maintain procedures for Document Control.

Distribute updated documents to relevant personnel.

Administer Engineering Change Requests and Notices

Administer specifications for parts and products.

Use Excel macros to perform documentation activities.

Use  ERP software (EPICOR) for registration and updating of BOMs

Monitor ‘end-of-life’ obsolete part until closure by all responsible depts.

Use PLM software (Windchill) to perform tasks related to engineering BOM and changes.

Train relevant users on how to prepare, check and submit documents.

Maintain strict confidentiality of DCC documents by complying with IP protection protocols.
