Job Description:

Being a leader and monitor the sales group.
Set the SOP and direction for the team.
Able to handle tasks from A to Z in the shop and proficient in reporting to HQ.
Drive and achieve sales targets for the retail shop
Plan, coordinate and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Maintain accurate records of sales performance and report on sales performance
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assessing their needs, and addressing their concerns
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
Manage the daily operations of the retail shop, including inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

Prefer candidates with 5 years of sales or sales manager experience.
SPM Certificate & Above are welcome to apply.
Own Transport
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
