Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring the timely closing of the Company's monthly accounts.
Preparation of full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation, debtors and creditors aging reports analysis and reconciliation.
Responsible for preparation of audited financial statements, notes to accounts, audit schedules and attend to auditors’ queries.
Compilation of daily sales collection report and matching with the bank statements.
Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and SOP.
Monitor AR & AP to ensure payment collected or prepared within the timeline.
To handle and responsible in the all aspect of account payables, receivables, and general ledger and bank reconciliations.
Cash Flow Management and preparation of Budget and Forecast.
Provide support and assist in troubleshooting issues & other matter related to accounting, costing and finance.
Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, company secretary on the statutory compliance and filing and SST submission and related matters.
To back-up their peers whenever they are absence from workplace.
Perform data entry, filling and other clerical duties as assigned.
To carry any other duties, responsibilities, and ad-hoc assignments whenever required, directed or instructed by superiors.

Job Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 years’ or more relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point and strong Excel (Vlookup, pivot table, formula etc) skills, and SQL, Accounting System
Candidate must be able to multi-task, proactive and able to cope with tight deadlines.
Candidate must be meticulous in details and have sense of urgency.
Candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Candidate must be able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese/Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proficiency in strong number sense, multi-tasking skills, leadership skills and attention to detail.
Immediate available is highly preferred.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
