Job Responsibilities:

To attend to customers’ phone enquiries and calls deployment.
To provide service reservations.
To coordinate breakdown site services for customers.
To answer live chat queries.
To make outbound calls to remind customers for car servicing and surveys pertaining to after sales services.
To update customers’ particulars in the system.
To process online payment.
To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE ’O’ level or equivalent.
Service-oriented mindset.
Team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
Equipped with administrative experience will be an added advantage.

Working hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1700hrs/ 0900hrs to 1800hrs
Alternate Saturdays: 0800hrs to 1700hrs
