Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the clinic’s services, including medical specialties, facilities, and programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify target audiences and develop marketing campaigns tailored to specific patient demographics.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media presence, email marketing, and online advertising.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional videos.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Plan and organize community outreach events, health fairs, seminars, and workshops to engage with the local community and enhance brand visibility.
Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and media outlets.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare marketing.
Organise marketing activities to boost clinic clientele and enhance utilisation from existing clients.
Build relationships and establish affiliate partnerships with corporate clients and clinics for sustainable business and relationships.
Serve, develop, and maintain existing client accounts and potential clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for referral sources.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
