Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Marketing Account Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client relationships, serving as the bridge between our clients and our internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to project manage and ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns while building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and advising them on digital marketing strategies that align with their goals.
Client Engagement: Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and propose strategic recommendations to enhance their business outcomes.
Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, relay client feedback and requirements to internal teams, and resolve any client issues or concerns.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
Client Retention: Work towards establishing Garganto as a trusted partner, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Advertising, or Marketing Agency.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with the capability to work independently.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certification would be a plus.
