Requirements:

Candidate must possess the relevant accounting qualification or currently pursuing professional accounting examination.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Applicants must be able to work independently with minimum supervision, possess good analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Applicants must be computer literate (MYOB, MS Excel, Word), proactive, resourceful, innovative, meticulous, have good interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to learn.
Applicants must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation.
Prior experience in audit field will be an added advantage (experienced candidate may be considered for audit semi-senior or senior).
Fresh Undergraduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Assist in statutory audit assignments.
Assist in formulating audit methodologies and processes that govern the conduct of audits including audit techniques to be applied.
Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations on audit findings and recommendations.
Assist in the preparation of proper documentation, work papers, preparation of report and conducting appropriate follow-up actions.
Assist in developing the Audit Plan based on appropriate risk-based methodology and conducting detailed planning for proposed audit areas including preparation of audit programs.
To perform accounting work using computerised accounting system for SME companies.
Assist in closing of accounts and preparing related schedules and notes to accounts.
