Elane Goh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer and the visionary leader of Vision One Hundred Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., a leading financial consultancy based in Penang.

She is a prolific businesswoman who rose from the ranks form being a customer support personnel at DHL in 1999 before moving on to CEVA Logistics’ Sales & Marketing Division. After acquiring skillsets in that capacity she came to a crossroad in her career life. She had to make a decision whether she would remain in employment or venture into entrepreneurship. She chose the latter, joined Hong Leong Assurance and would eventually win many coveted awards such as the Northern Malaysia Unit Champion in 2011/2012.
