Full Job Description

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and generate tax invoices, credit note and debit note to customers.
- Process payments, including generating payment vouchers and preparation of cheques
- Generate monthly reports e.g debtor aging, sales reports, stock summary etc.
- Sending monthly statement of account to customers and respond to billing enquiries and issues.
- Liaise with customers on overdue account and ensure collections are updated timely.
- Maintain cash book records and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Process all expenses claims and maintain the petty cash.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:

- Min SPM Level or above.
- 2 years’ experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Ms Office& Million Accounting Software is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Ability to multi task and work in a team.
- Possess own transport.
- Working Location area: Eco Business Park 1, 81100 Johor Bahru.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
