20dB Hearing (formerly known as Gnosis Professional Hearing Services) is a hearing healthcare company that provides audiology services and hearing aid products in Malaysia. It has 16 chained outlets and 20 audiologists and speech therapists. It is founded by a group of university trained audiologists led by Mr. Mok Yong Yaw in year 2002 at Kuala Lumpur.

Today, 20dB Hearing has competitive advantages over the others by offering experienced audiologists, children diagnostic hearing tests, nationwide support, free premium hearing aid take home trial, and product protection plan.

20db Hearing is the industry-first of its kind, certified by ISO 9001:2008. The company is also Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) certified and registered with Health Ministry as qualified medical device provider. 20dB Hearing has won various awards including Asia Pacific Top Excellence Brand Award in 2013 and Sin Chew Business Excellent Awards for two consecutive years in 2013 and 2014.
