To do data entries, maintain and update department records.
To do daily filing and documentations.
Responsible to go banks for relevant matters; Banking in of customer and supplier cheques.
Answering phone calls and attending to mails and courier
Renewal of Company Permits, License, Insurance, tenancy and Certificates, Staff Permits.
Handle the sundry and stationary stock is sufficient stocks.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior or Management
Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates;
Liaising with other staff about a range of matters relating to the organization’s operations;
Writing and answering business or technical letters and other similar correspondence;
Able to work 6 days during Company Seasons period.
