Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

To coordinate and manage all after-sales support activities;
To coordinate and manage spare parts inventories;
To manage and be responsible for scheduling;
To handle complaints and queries from Customers;
To be responsible for Quality Control and Quality Assurance of service and parts.

Requirements:

Possess an Engineering Degree from a recognized University with minimum Second Class Upper / CGPA 3.5;
Possess minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity;
MUST be well verse with mechanical and electrical parts;
Knowledge in AUTOCAD will be added advantage;
Able to travel internationally;
To be based in Shah Alam, MALAYSIA.
