Shangri-La Customer Contact Centre – Kuala Lumpur began in March 2004, and is based in the UBN Tower, Kuala Lumpur which is located next to the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. We operate 365 days in a year and are equipped with a highly developed global reservation system. We provide a toll-free service for inbound calls to assist guests from 36 countries, and answer calls and emails in 7 different languages.
Our responsibilities are:
• Reservations for all Shangri-La hotels and resorts
• Golden Circle member services
• C.H.A.S.E. (Central Handling Assist & Sales Enhancement) call handling
• Processing of Best Rate Guarantee claims
• Handling of Outsourced Reservations Tasks
