We are seeking ambitious and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee program in the hotel industry at The Everly Putrajaya! This program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain comprehensive exposure to various departments within our hotel and develop essential leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in a rotation program that exposes trainees to different departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.

2. Gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced professionals in each department, assisting with daily tasks and projects.

3. Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to develop essential skills in leadership, communication, customer service, and hotel operations.

4. Undertake special projects and assignments to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations, contributing to the hotel's operational excellence and innovation.

5. Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations and foster teamwork.

6. Interact with guests to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a positive guest experience and satisfaction.

7. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in different roles and environments, showcasing versatility and resilience.

8. Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe, secure, and professional work environment.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to pursue a career in hotel management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to relocate and work in different departments and locations as required.
- Previous hospitality experience or internships are preferred but not required.

The growing Putrajaya market together with the lower Ringgit may mitigate some of these adverse factors.
