Control and secure the traffic / movement at the main entrance.
Verify all visitors and deny entry of any unauthorized or disapproved visitors.
Ensures that visitor or contractor have valid document for identification before issuing the access card and visitor form.
Control the movement of staff, visitors, contractor and vehicles in/out the compound.
To do surveillance at strategic areas, patrolling and guarding.
To monitor the traffic movement within the premises.
Carrying out body search, personal belonging, parcel, building, vehicles of staff and visitors as preventive measures and as when necessary.
Inspects and checks all parcel, box case or items that are to brought into the premises.
Ensures that all office machinery, box case, parcel or items that are to be taken out is checked and have relevant document and written permission from the Head of Department.
Assist in the in-coming and out-going escort of high security materials.
Member of the Emergency response team and fire rescue team (Fire Marshall)
Response to and reports all incident.
