Job Responsibilities

Assistant to senior on secretarial matters
Prepare documents in accordance with the Company Secretarial Practice and Companies Act 2016
To assist senior to prepare documentation relating to onboarding and offboarding matters
To review secretarial records
To do housekeeping of portfolio

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of working experience in company secretarial matters
Competence in in Company Secretarial Practice and Companies Act
Graduate of Bachelor of Corporate Administration (Hons); graduate from ICSA course
Good command of English oral and writing
Can converse and write in Mandarin is added advantage as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
Experience in company secretarial software
Have experience working in a group
