Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of your IT outsourcing business. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with educational institutions.

Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the process.

Skill Assessment: Collaborate with department managers to identify the specific skills and qualifications required for each position. Conduct skill assessments or coordinate technical evaluations for IT-related roles to ensure candidates meet the necessary criteria.

Contractor Management: Oversee the engagement of subcontractors, freelance IT engineers, and other external partners. Maintain relationships with these entities to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.

Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations relevant to hiring and employment in your region. Ensure that all recruitment and employment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to recruitment, onboarding, and employment. Foster positive relationships between employees and the HR department.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant conversion rates. Use these insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Human Resources

HR Experience: Prior experience in HR roles, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition, is essential. Familiarity with IT outsourcing or related industries is a plus.

Recruitment Skills: Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, including the ability to evaluate technical qualifications for IT roles.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and optimize processes for efficiency.

Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including department managers, to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
