Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, considering global factors and cultural nuances.
Lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
Manage project scope, budget, and timelines with a keen eye for detail and risk mitigation.
Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance with international regulations.
Navigate cultural complexities and build strong relationships with international stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced project efficiency.
Develop and deliver project reports that clearly communicate progress and results to key decision-makers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a successful track record in international projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Fluency in English and a second language (a plus).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
Adaptability and a willingness to travel internationally.
