Established in 1991, PFI Food Industries Sdn Bhd started as a frozen food manufacturer specialised in surimi based products. Hence, "SAHIR" brand is created. ​ The organisation is able to grow significantly over the years into one of the biggest player in Johor supplying "Fish Burger". The manufacturing plant is located in Johor Bahru, which is a strategic location to be able to supply not just to Malaysia but also to our neighbouring country, Singapore. ​ Our products have been Halal certified since 1997 and have been maintaining that standard. Recently, we have also helped our customer to obtained halal certificate for their product which we oem for them. As for food safety, we have just obtained mesti (malaysian food safety) certificate in 2019. ​ We are always looking for distributors to to work together in bringing SAHIR products to other regions in malaysia as well as nearby countries.
