Job Summary

Assisting Head of Budget & Planning in the preparation of HQ office expenses during the annual budget exercise, produce weekly & monthly reports for internal and external distribution.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting role in QSR annual budget exercise and monthly rolling forecast and mid-year review.
Supporting role in the preparation of weekly and monthly report for internal and external distribution.
Ad hoc related assignments.
Preparation of annual budget exercise.
Preparation of weekly sales report for restaurant businesses (for internal and external distribution).
Preparation of monthly report for closing purposes.
Ad hoc related assignments.

Qualification and Skill requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
Excellent knowledge and practical experience in MS office are preferable.
Experience in analysis & planning.
Being meticulous and sensitive to key details.
Familiar with accounting standards.
Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
Strong team player.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
