Roles And Responsibilities :

1. To propose fabrication process method to improved quality and efficiency to meet company standard

2. Ensure that all tasks assigned are properly arranged

3. Carry out fabrication process such as , Laser , Turret Punch , Bending ,Welding ,Machining ,Painting and etc.

4. To co-ordinate and solve any technical problem within your knowledge in order to get done on time .

5. To plan fabrication process , estimate hours and schedule in their department.

6. To train subordinate assigned in term of technical aspect and day to day operation of the machine .

7. Resbonsible for machining of fabrication part with efficiency .

8. Maintaning of machines and arranging for machines to be serviced when required .

9. To ensure the working surrouning is kept clean and safe .

10. To maintain cleanliness of the machine

11. Evalaute and schedule appropriate training programs and/or seminers for the Production department’s staff.

12. Any other responsibility assigned by superior from time to time .

Requirements :

· SPM / SPVM / DIPLOMA or equivalent .

· At least 1~3 year related working experience in similar capacity.

· Ability to lead, manage negotiate and motivate to subordinate.
