Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
Conduct manual testing to identify software defects, document them in a bug tracking system, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Perform functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing to validate the behavior and performance of applications across different platforms and environments.
Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test documentation to support testing activities and ensure repeatability.
Participate in the analysis and review of software requirements, design documents, and user stories to identify potential issues and provide feedback.
Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot reported defects, and verify fixes to ensure their effectiveness.
Continuously improve the QA process by identifying areas for enhancement, proposing solutions, and implementing best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, new testing tools, and technologies to continuously enhance skills and knowledge in the QA field.
Contribute to the overall quality and release readiness of software products by conducting thorough testing and providing timely and accurate feedback.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports on testing progress, issues, and results.
