Qualifications & experience

Diploma or Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Knowledge on PLCs is a plus
Must posses a strong knowledge in troubleshooting industrial machineries

Tasks & responsibilities

On-Site Support & Training: Provide on-site support to clients for industrial food processing machinery. Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of machinery.
Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose issues Develop effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve technical problems promptly.
Service and Maintenance: Perform routine service and maintenance tasks on industrial machinery to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and address any concerns. Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance activities. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all machinery meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and adhere to safety protocols during service and maintenance activities.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the technical support team to address complex issues. Provide feedback to the engineering team for product improvement.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide timely solutions. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling urgent situations.
