Responsibilities:

Serve as the centralized point of contact for customer inquiries.
Coordinate and support internal departments and external vendor to ensure seamless execution of customer orders or inquiry.
Follow up on operational issues, ensure it is resolve and revert back to customer.
Assist in maintaining positive relationships with key customer and vendor.
To manage, analyst and make accurate data report to the customer and internal departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned project where you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, working closely with managers and team members to ensure successful outcomes.
To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent task management skill.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Willingness to travel to operation site and support.
Knowledge in the courier industry is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage.
