Job Responsibility

We are an established construction specializing architecture and civil- structural work.

We work on both residential and commercial buildings.

To oversee overall project activities throughout project planning, execution and completion.
To liaise with authorities for documents submission and approval.
To liaise with clients, clients representative, subcontractors and supplier to ensure execution and quality plan and execution of the contract requirements
To plan & execute manpower, materials, equipment and other resources required for project.
To plan & monitor supervision on the works performed by in-house staff or subcontractors at sites.
To reports and develop remedial measures if necessary.
To attend all related meeting as required.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements

Based at Bandar Bestari Klang
Written and oral proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Minimum 5 years experience in M&E, Infra, Civil and Building works.
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in building/Civil/Construction/Architectural.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate site personal.
Good leadership quality and planning skills with sound knowledge of construction method, project management, cost control, contracts and quality management.
Candidates without qualification but with experience in the field at construction work of residential be considered.
