Job Responsibilities

Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, and to the client's satisfaction.
Coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all project requirements are met and communicated effectively.
Conducting site visits and meetings with clients to ensure that project specifications are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the project.
Maintaining detailed project documentation and records, including progress reports, project plans, and meeting minutes.
Ensuring that projects comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Leading and supervising project teams, including designers, contractors, and other staff.
Continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress to management and stakeholders.
Managing project risks and developing contingency plans.
Ensuring quality control and conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
Possess driving license
SPM/STPM/Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or similar.
Construction experienced is advantageous.
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
