JOB DESCRIPTION

The position will be responsible for handling customs clearance documentation/ application permit/ data entry/ preparing billing for all FCL/LCL Ocean and Air Freight Import/ Export shipment and assist the manager with daily functions.

Working Time: 9.00 am - 18.00 pm.
Saturday Work
Working Time: 9.00 am - 13.00pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure customer's orders are correctly & timely updated in the system.
Responsible to update the system on each job work flow do billing and submit job for closing once job complete.
Handling and ensure accuracy & timeliness on all the shipping & operational activites.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
Monitor shipment status and notify customers of all detail's shipment updates, for both FCL/LCL export and import.
Ensure that all documentation meets import/export regulations.
Ensure customer details are updated in all operational systems.
Provide quotation to customers as requested.
Timely preparation of all required documentation during shipment arrangement.
Prepare monthly reports for Management reports as requested from time to time.
Manage and coordinate with vendor/suppliers to ensure they are providing quality and stable services.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
May performs other duties as and when required.
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer expectations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Liaison with customers, agents, operations and service providers on all operational related matters.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Degree Holder or equivalent.
Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages will be added advantage.
Minimum 1- 3years in customer service in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Industry.
FCL/LCL Import/ Export Ocean and Air Freight experience will be an advantage.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Exceptional customer service and follow up skills.
Must be a strong team player with good working attitude, disciplined, punctual and behavior.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with minimum supervision.
Good communication skill (written and oral)
Good MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other IT Apps/ computer knowledge.
Undertake any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Able to work independently
Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Training will be provide.
