TERAS BUDI RESOURCES SDN BHD (No. **5167-U) is incorporated on 21st June 2010 as a 100% owned Bumiputera private limited company and registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). It is a Bumiputera-rated building contractor (G7) registered with the Contractors’ Service Center of the Ministry of Works Malaysia and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). Teras Budi Resources has also been recognized as Bumiputera Company by the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia (MOF) since 2020.

Since incorporation, Teras Budi Resources takes on the role of main contractor for many projects and has successfully completed numerous projects for various different industries.  We also provide design input and engineering solution as value-add services to our clients and has gained trust by many clients.

In order to be competitive in the development and engineering industries, Teras Budi Resources is in the process of diversifying our nature of business by venturing into properties and general trading.   As such TBR Hardware Sdn Bhd, Teras Budi Engineering Sdn Bhd and TBR Properties & Development Sdn Bhd has been set up to increase efficiency and competitiveness.
