Project Administrator (Construction)

Report to: Project Director

In charge of project in-coming and out-going correspondence, circulation and dispatch.
In charge of documentation filing system for proper operational procedure at site office.
Ensure all document controls comply with ISO procedures.
In charge of Progress Report preparation and submission and likes.
Attending meeting and prepare minutes as when required for the project.
Assist Project Manager/Director in purchasing and procurement of material required for the project.
Prepare Project Budget/Costing under the instruction and supervision by Project Manager/Director.
Respective Project Insurance Policy and follow up.
Follow up on payment certificates from respective Consultant inclusive payment collection for all project.
Assist respective Project Manager in application for power, water and telephone supply.
Update the summary list of project documentation submission and approval status in the progress report, Request for Inspection, NCR, etc on weekly basis.

Requirement:

Diploma/Degree in Administration Management or its equivalent.
Must be a CIDB green card holder.
Minimum working experience in document control, in similar position or related working experience.
Able to work in Rawang, Selangor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
