Job Description:

Performing human resource functions including recruitment of executive and general production workers, employee relations, training & development, and process monthly payroll
Providing general administrative support to HR and Accounts department
Preparation of HR related letters
Managing employee related issues
HR P-file handling, attendance and leave management
Employees’ personal data file up keeping
Handling the maintenance of factory facilities and up keeping of office equipment
Courses registration & pass applications and update record accordingly
Maintaining safe management measures for office and arrange accommodation for foreign workers
Foreign worker levy renewal,
Supporting in development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes, programs, and projects
Assisting with day-to-day operations in the department
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in HR related field
Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level of staff
Self-driven, possess a positive work attitude and display initiative in problem solving
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Have an eye for detail and meticulous
Team player and good organization skills
Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft office
