- QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Able to converse well in English language.
- Excellent in communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, budgeting and reporting.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and odd hour.
- Good team player to achieve company's objectives effectively.
- Preferably 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description:
- To participate in international trade exhibition (Frankfurt, Canton, Dubai, Hong Kong, Korea and etc).
- To manage all sales related activities on Amazon e-commerce platform (US, Canada, UK, EU and Middle East).
- Receive and review new enquiry, ensure customer specification is clearly defined.
- Perform costing reasonableness sheet for approval before preparing the quotation or proforma invoice.
- Follow up on quotation.
- Receive and review customer order.
- Send the approved sales confirmation / proforma invoice to customer for approval and make sure they returned with the signed copy.
- To provide feedback to customer enquiry and complain.
- To do proper filling on all export sales related document.
- To liaise with design department on customer artwork requirement.
- To liaise with planning department on customer order status, if there is any changes, customer needs to be well informed.
- To check details on Letter of Credit (LC) for certain customer who make payment by this method.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
