Responsibilities:-

Prepare quotation for import, export & entertaining inquiries from customer.
Booking, follow up & shipment coordinator for customers.
Work closely with overseas agents to co-ordinate import, export shipment including rates enquiries.
Notify customers on rate changes, market update and new implementations from carriers.
Provide full administrative / coordination support to the sales team.
Attend to incoming calls, enquiries, complaints & etc
Provide reports as required by The Management

Requirements : -

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent in any field.
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
Basic computer knowledge preferred : Microsoft Office Application.
