Full Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing data entry of supplier statements, invoices, and bills in SQL system (monthly report purposes)
- Prepare vouchers and process supplier payment invoices, rental, utilities and hire purchase.
- Process related payments by preparing cheque and corporate internet banking.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Ensuring all posting, documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving.
- Managing petty cash transactions and records.
- Managing in various aspects of office administrative work which includes maintenance and upkeep of office, office equipment, stationary, mailbox or ad hoc assignments when required.
- Assist in preparing audit documentation with bankers, LHDN, KASTAM (SST), company secretary and auditor.
- Assist in documentation for tendering process.
- Handling renewal of company licenses such as MOF, SSM, Sennego (MARA), rental agreement, and document contract.
- Min 3 years experience in related fields
